Returns and Refunds
- Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Returns must be in their original packaging and unused (you may unpack and place on your floor to see if it suits, but it must be unused). Ensure to sufficiently repack with tape to ensure no damage to the item occurs in the return transit.
- Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend Australia Post or for larger items, your local courier (Aramex / Pack'n'Send).
- A 5% fee applies if you wish to exchange. These fees are to cover the repacking time, packaging material and also administration of the return process.
- If you are not exchanging for another rug, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Do not return without first contacting us as the return address may differ from the dispatch address on your shipping label.
- Note: Due to expensive freight charges for international shipping, please be aware, we do not accept returns, so please measure your space and choose carefully.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
