Freight is calculated at checkout and packages are typically sent out within one business day after payment is received.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

It's important to note that all items are given "authority to leave," meaning that if you won't be home to accept delivery, you must ensure that the delivery address is considered safe for leaving items.

You should also keep an eye on the tracking information we send you, and once your package has been delivered, be sure to take possession of it promptly to prevent theft or weather damage.

If you're unsure, you can provide a work or business address instead.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for goods left at the address you provide, as you have deemed it safe to do so. If you live in an apartment, unit, or closed facility, please leave a message at checkout with delivery instructions for the courier driver, such as an access code.

While we will have your contact number on the consignment note for the driver, we cannot guarantee a call from the driver, and you may need to collect your package from the depot if there are issues with delivery, such as access restrictions.

Although rare, if your item is damaged, please note it within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the damage. We use express couriers to deliver our items, so we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or parcel lockers.

We reserve the right to request additonal payment for freight to remote addresses (ie. Islands). While 99.9% of addresses are accounted for in our automatic postage calculator, some remote areas incur excessive charges we can not account for.

Items are posted from our Coolum Beach (QLD) depot.

Delivery times vary depending on distance from this location.

Delivery speed is the responsibility of the courier company once it leaves our warehouse.

Please contact us if delivery is more than 3 days late and we can chase it up for you.

QLD:  1 – 3 days

NSW: 2 – 3 days

ACT: 2 – 4 days

VIC: 3 – 4 days

SA: 3 – 4 days

NT: 5 – 10 days

TAS: 5 – 7 days

WA: 5 – 7 days

International Delivery: 3 - 10 days

ie. New Zealand = 3 days, Canada = 10 days

Returns [Australia Only]

Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Returns must be in their original packaging and unused (you may unpack and place on your floor to see if it suits, but it must be unused). Ensure to sufficiently repack with tape to ensure no damage to the item occurs in the return transit.

Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend Australia Post or for larger items, your local courier (Aramex / Pack'n'Send).

A 10% fee applies if you wish to exchange.

If you are returning and not exchanging for another rug, a 15% restocking fee applies.

* Fees are to cover the repacking time, packaging material and also administration of the return process.

Please do not return without first contacting us as the return address may differ from the dispatch address on your shipping label.

Note: Due to expensive freight charges for international shipping, please be aware, we do not accept returns, so please measure your space and choose carefully.
