Returns & Refunds

1. Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Returns must be in their original packaging and unused (you may unpack and place on your floor to see if it suits, but it must be unused). Ensure to sufficiently repack with tape to ensure no damage to the item occurs in the return transit. Damaged / dirty rugs will not be accepted as we can not re-sell these. So ensure returns are safely packaged and sealed 😊.

3. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend Australia Post or for larger items, your local courier (Aramex / Pack'n'Send).

4. A 5% fee applies if you wish to exchange. These fees are to cover the repacking time, packaging material and also administration of the return process.

5. If you are not exchanging for another rug, a 15% restocking fee applies (this is on the product cost only (not the freight charge).

6. Do not return without first contacting us as the return address may differ from the dispatch address on your shipping label.

7. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase short the original freight charged to get the item/s to you.
