RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please email us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Returns must be in their original packaging and unused (you may unpack and place on your floor to see if it suits, but it must be unused). Ensure to sufficiently repack with tape to ensure no damage to the item occurs in the return transit.

Returns incur a fee equivalent to the freight charge we paid to our courier to get the item to you (Note: ‘Free Postage’ is defined by the freight charge being included in the listed price). Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer (we recommend Australia Post or your local courier).

Where the customer requires a full refund and is not exchanging for another rug, a 20% restocking fee on the total applies. A 10% repackage fee applies if you wish to exchange. These fees are to cover the repacking time, packaging material and also administration of the return process.

Note: Do not return without first speaking with us as our offices are at a different location to the storage facility we use to send your items.
